Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Use of Service and Prohibited Activities

You agree to use SaleSupport only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from:

Using the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or any content that violates Instagram’s policies.
Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or exploit the Service or Meta’s infrastructure.
Using automated bots or scripts in a way that violates Meta’s developer policies.
Engaging in any activity that harms, disables, or overwhelents our servers or third-party services.

4. Intellectual Property

Our Property: The SaleSupport application, its design, logo, software, and all related intellectual property are the exclusive property of Khosravi-Group.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you manage through SaleSupport (posts, comments, messages). However, by using the Service, you grant us the limited right to process this data solely to provide the management functions requested by you.

5. Third-Party Services (Meta/Instagram)

SaleSupport is a third-party application. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

We are not responsible for any changes, outages, or policy updates made by Meta/Instagram.
Any issues arising from your Instagram account (e.g., account suspension, shadowbanning, or data loss due to Meta’s actions) are beyond our control and responsibility.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. KHOSRAVI-GROUP DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR AVAILABILITY OF THE SERVICE.
THE CONTINUOUS, UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION OF THE SERVICE.
ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN THE CONTENT MANAGED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KHOSRAVI-GROUP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR ANY ACTIONS TAKEN BY META/INSTAGRAM.
