To provide our management features, SaleSupport may access the following information through Meta’s authorized APIs:

Account Information: Username, profile details, and account metadata.
Content Data: Comments, posts, and media information managed via our dashboard.
Messaging Data: Direct Messages (DMs) accessed via the Instagram Messaging API for the purpose of efficient communication management.
Service Logs: Technical records related to actions taken through our application to ensure service stability.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

If you wish to delete your data from our servers, you can use the following method:

Required Details: Please provide your Instagram username and a clear request for the deletion of your account data associated with SaleSupport.

3. What Happens After Deletion?

Once a deletion request is processed:

All personally identifiable information (PII) linked to your Instagram account will be permanently removed from our active databases.
SaleSupport will terminate all active connections and access tokens associated with your Instagram account.
Note: We may retain minimal, anonymized, non-identifiable logs for legal compliance or internal debugging, which cannot be traced back to your identity.

4. Processing Time

We aim to process all deletion requests as promptly as possible. Standard processing typically takes between 48 to 72 hours. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been successfully removed from our systems.
